2011 Fall Madness begins

Ahhh...had a wonderful, but small, break over the past 2 months. Got to spend some relaxing time with the kiddos and was able to regroup for the upcoming Fall/Winter season. This season I hope to better my work, meet new people, and throw around some new ideas. Last Sat. we kicked-off the 2011 "crazy" season and met some really nice people from Rome, GA. Hope all events go as well as this one did. Paige and Amy, it was fun! Will upload for you guys soon:)

Don't Forget About Specialty Pieces!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to paint specialty pieces. If you know someone having a baby, birthday, football party, or if you just want to decorate your kitchen or kids room, let me paint something special for you. You can call these type of orders in or order at a pottery party you attend. I like to be creative with specialty pieces and really like to let loose with color. Feel free to let me know your ideas.

Spring Pottery

Spring is finally here and I have been painting some really cute pottery. Here are some cute pieces from the past couple of parties. Thanks Jolee, Ryan, Meredith, and Amanda for your great parties. I know I have the best customers around and I am so thankful for all you do!

Also, if you are interested in having a local party or event, I am currently booking for Spring 2012:) We ask for at least 8 confirmed appointments for local events and 12 for out-of-state. I am booked for the remainder of the year for local and GA parties. If you aren't able to host your own party because of dates already taken by others, let me know and I can give you some dates that I will be in your area.

This year has started out great for SClay and I can't wait to see all my returning clients this year and meet new ones!

Tea Time

Just had the great fortune of supplying some really cute pottery for 2 little girls birthday party. Over the years, several people have asked about me selling these cute little tea sets and I have decided for 2011, I will do just that. Added to my portfolio will be different set options. Not only are these great for parties, but my little angel plays with hers on a weekly basis. Having tea time with my daughter is priceless...magical. Also, these make super great gifts.

Ahhh..A Break

Woohoo! I made it through another holiday season and I am officially on break for another 2 weeks! Can't tell you all how much I have needed this. Thanks to all of you loyal clients who helped make the 2010 pottery holiday season the largest yet!! Next week I will start trying to organize everything for the 2011 Spring season. Can't wait to introduce some new items and ideas. All of you who have secured a pottery date for the 2011 season, bare with me as I try to adjust details and move around some dates. My assistant will be doing most of the parties. As always, I will be painting all the designs. Again, thanks for making my job so much fun and look forward to seeing you all in 2011!

Random Fall Pieces

Here are a few pieces from various parties I have done this season. I started the Christmas season in July and have had an event almost every weekend since then. Needless to say, I have been crazy busy the past couple of months painting...and moving. Yes, I finally have my own studio!! Woo hoo!! Been a great season so far with only 4 more events until Christmas. Can't believe it is almost Nov!!!

Ok, several of my friends I have made through doing pottery parties have asked for some pics of my new babe. He is 6 months old and we are in love. Time is going by fast and he is our last. Needless, to say...he is spoiled and we are loving every minute of it!
